This is the second time of needing repair. I remove the ice bucket, open the crusher, remove the 5 blades. Straighten the blades, reinstall. I then order new blades, The next time it happens I will install the new blades. The reason for the malfunction, (my guess), two ice cubes partially melted stick together and the size and angel the enter crusher cause the problem. I bought this part to fix the basket hanger on my Mom's fridge. It worked perfectly. The only thing to know about the pic of part is it says it is left side hanger and it is but the pic is confusing. I had to print out the pic and turn the pic upside down to make sure it would work on the correct side for the fridge.
