Well my reliable handyman brother told me he fixed his fridge, as he had same problem. Freezer working but fridge warm. He suggested I order Defrost Heater Kit. I looked it up on your website and found part but noticed Defrost Thermostat as well. So I ordered both. Anyhow he installed the thermostat only. Fridge is cooling. We did not install Defrost Heater Kit. Gonna see if we even need to? So far so good with just the thermostat. We'll be watching to see if back wall freezes up again.

Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy

Replaced the control box cover which contains a drain tube that protrudes into the rear wall of the refrigerator. The plastic was cracked therefore allowing water to bypass the drain tube and leak down the rear wall of the refrigerator and collect on the bottom shelf.
