Kenmore Refrigerator 253.74922700 (25374922700, 253 74922700) Parts

This water inlet tube directs incoming water from the household supply to the refrigerator's dispenser and ice-making system, restoring proper flow and preventing leaks at the appliance connection. Ideal when the original tube is cracked, clogged, or damaged. What it does:

• Carries water from the home supply line into the refrigerator's internal water system.
• Helps ensure the ice maker and dispenser receive a steady water flow.
• Commonly replaced when you see leaks at the inlet, reduced or no water flow, or visible tube damage.
• Works with the refrigerator's inlet fittings and seals to maintain a watertight connection.

• Disconnect power to the appliance and shut off the water supply before starting.
• Inspect and replace any worn seals or fittings when installing the new tube.
• Avoid sharp bends or kinks; route the tube as the OEM tubing was positioned.
• Turn the water back on and check all connections for leaks after installation.
