This oven thermostat uses a capillary sensing bulb to monitor cavity heat and cycle the heating system to maintain your set temperature. Replacing a worn thermostat helps restore more accurate baking and steadier oven performance.
- Monitors oven temperature via a remote capillary sensor bulb
- Opens and closes internal contacts to regulate heat to the setpoint
- Helps resolve: oven not reaching temperature or running too hot
- Also helps with temperature swings, long preheat, or oven not shutting off when the control is turned off
What's included: 1 thermostat assembly Install notes:
- Disconnect power and shut off gas supply before servicing; allow the oven to cool completely
- Handle the capillary bulb carefully; do not kink or sharply bend it, and route it exactly as originally installed
- Transfer the original knob and any mounting hardware/brackets as needed
- If gas fittings were disturbed, leak-test connections per manufacturer instructions; verify temperature with an oven thermometer and adjust per service guidelines if applicable

The range was set up for propane and my friend wanted to use it with natural gas Wells C. • Hereford , AZ • June 09, 2014
I ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pros and was served by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales agent. She not only did the research tyo find the correct part from my model number but added some advice on converting the regulator to natural gas so the oven would operate properly. The parts arrived on time and the conversion took about 15 minutes. Thanks Appliance Parts Pros. I am looking forward to doing business with you in the future.

- If missing, broken, or deformed, you may notice looseness, misalignment, rattling, or scraping
- Restores original fit and finish when replaced
What's included: 1 spacer Install notes:
- Disconnect power; if applicable, shut off gas. Allow the appliance to cool completely
- Support the part being unfastened (such as a door, handle, or trim) to avoid strain on panels or glass

Oven not lighting John D. • Orlando , FL • January 16, 2024
We replaced the igniter. To do the job right you need to pull the oven off the wall (this was the 6 burner with griddle dual oven). you need to get to the igniter plug by taking off the entire back.... easier than it sounds... the hardest part is sliding the stove out and back in... I only need a 1/4 in driver for the whole job.... it is easier if you take the oven doors off...

I replaced the cooktop in my range. Carol Z. • Bronx , NY • November 02, 2020
My 12 year-old cooktop was rusted through in a couple of key places, but the rest of my range was in terrific shape, so I decided to order a replacement cooktop. The perfect part arrived quickly. When I took a closer look at the few connecting parts I thought I was going to pirate off the old cooktop, I saw some were rusty, particularly the two Guide Slides and one screw. I needed to buy a set of star drivers, too, as a #10 was needed. I put a little WD40 on the parts I had to remove when I...
