They shipped it VERY quickly and it was an easy 5 minute job after that. The service was wonderful! Physical appearance by replacing burner caps and burner grate.
My wife is a cleaning machine. Only probelm is the grates and caps get slight burn marks on them that are hard to clean.
I may try your ceramic cleaner to see if that works better than elbow grease.
