I emptied door shelves and used plastic sheet to close off refrigerator. The repair was done with refrigerator running. I removed door and changed riser cam and shim. Then replaced door. It took maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. If I did the job again it would be completed in 30 minutes or less. The videos are informative.

I broke the glass cover on the veggie bin while cleaning it Karen N. • Spring , TX • November 25, 2014
I did have to dig out the tiny old broken pieces of glass from the front rubber edging with a knife blade. I tried both a screwdriver and needle nose pliers, but they were shredding the edge. Then I just popped it on and laid the glass in the slots. Super easy!
