The fix for this 24 year old Kenmore refrigerator was simple. I ordered the drawer rail and paid for standard shipping and received the part the following day. Wow that was fast.
The replacement involved removing the contents of the shelf, remove a couple of screws, replace the guide and voila, it was done.
