I ordered a replacement auger from AppliancePartsPros.com. Upon receipt of the new auger, I watched the repair video and took the ice crusher apart. I found several other parts that needed to be replaced as well. Once All the parts were received, I again watched the video. The video was not specific enough to show how to reassemble the ice crusher blades and the two types of washers. I bought a condo, and did not realize the freezer shelves were broken. Once I moved in, I realized several shelves were held up by string.......I knew I couldn't use it effectively that way, and I wasn't ready to buy a new refrigerator, so I googled appliance parts and found this site.
