Busted top rollers stubborn washers Petra S. • Westminster , CO • August 31, 2015
Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Order this screw and washer set and within 5 minutes of getting easily replaced the old rollers. The video was very helpful, as was the...

- Helps absorb pump/motor and water-spray noise for quieter cycles
- Acts as a thermal and moisture barrier to limit exterior "sweating"
- Replaces damaged, compressed, or waterlogged insulation to restore design sound levels
- Common signs: louder-than-normal operation, visible missing/torn insulation, moisture around the toe-kick or adjacent cabinets
What's included: 1 insulation piece Install notes:
- Disconnect power at the breaker and shut off water supply before servicing; wear gloves.
- Access the insulation by removing the necessary panel(s); document original placement for reference.
- Position the new insulation in the same orientation; keep clear of hinges, wiring, and vent openings.

Frigidaire dishwasher made extremely loud noise when running after quietly filling up Michael B. • Palm Desert , CA • March 25, 2016
Because the dishwasher made noise only when washing or rinsing, and not when filling, the problem was correctly diagnosed as a faulty circulation pump. Although not difficult, it took more time to remove the dishwasher from under the counter and to reinstall it (approximately one hour) than it took to swap out the circulation pump (5 minutes). The pump swap involved only 2 mounting screws and an electrical connection plug. The pump was ordered on Saturday, shipped on Monday, and received in...

- Disconnect power and shut off the water supply; pull the dishwasher out if needed for access
- Access the sump area (often by removing the lower rack, spray arm, and filters); note gasket orientation
- Clean mating surfaces; seat the gasket evenly without twists. Do not use sealants unless specified by the manufacturer
- Reassemble and run a short test cycle while inspecting for leaks

Circulation motor leaking Steve W. • Frederick , MD • November 18, 2019
Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft. Very close inspection showed the o-rings were still good. Not having time to order a motor, and a local store was having a sale, I replaced the whole unit.

Leaking from the water inlet valve Darin D. • West Haven , UT • March 16, 2015
It's an easy fix. Just remove the two screws holding it in place. Then it will be easier to remove the supply line. Disconnect the quick-connect wires. Remove the rubber hose and clamp. Attach the rubber hose and clamp to new part, attach supply line, attach wires and then screw back into place with screws. Turn on the water and test for leaks.

Ordered top and bottom trays, plus one stop cap (in case I broke one). The parts came very quickly, which was wonderful. Prior to ordering I did watch the video, so when the parts arrive I knew exactly what to do, and it worked perfect, took me approximately 15 minutes.
I would not hesitate to order replacement parts from Appliance Parts Pros.
Thank you,
