First replaced water/ice maker solenoid switches at bottom of refrigerator with no improvement. Then replaced filter head and the base that was broken. That fixed the problem as the filter head had started leaking when cap/filter was removed. There was no leak for a long time at the filter head so it was difficult to determine just where the problem was in the system. Read more

Ordered new water cooler from them, got it in timely manner, went to install and some of the parts were missing, called Appliance Parts on Saturday morning spoke with super nice and friendly lady who said she would send out another part, she did got it on Wednesday, so we had frig fixed in no time.
