This power cord plate covers and secures the oven/range power cord where it enters the appliance, keeping the connection protected and helping prevent strain on the cord. It restores a finished look and helps keep wiring safely routed. What it does:

Covers the terminal block area to protect power connections from dirt and accidental contact
Helps keep the power cord routed and secured to reduce strain on the cord and terminals
Can prevent air/dust intrusion behind the control cavity that could affect components
Common replacement when the original plate is cracked, broken, or missing

What's included: One power cord plate Install notes:

Always disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the appliance before starting work
Typically attaches with two screws; keep screws and any gaskets from the old piece for reuse if undamaged
Check the cord strain relief/terminal connections while replacing the plate; do not touch live terminals
