The receptacle that held the burner element in place was broken so the burner would not make a connection and heat up. I ordered the receptacle kit. There was even an online video that showed how to make the repair. It just took a screwdriver and wire cutters and about 15 minutes and the job was done. The burner works great. Read more

Before we replaced the board, my wife tried to replace just the element. We had one we had ordered several years ago when this same thing happened. Removed the bake element and broil element. Tested them with a multi meter. They failed. Ordered new elements. Received them in 2 days. Installed new elements. Oven works great. Entire fix took 10 minutes to remove and test elements, 10 minutes to install the new elements. It was my first time working on an appliance, the instruction videos were great! Read more

First i called sears parts direct to order this part, because that is where i purchased my electric range. they had an outrageous price of $98. unbelievable to think that such a small piece of rubber could cost that much. i also called a few other parts dealers on other websites. they also had high prices. when i called appliance parts pros they cut the cost by 50%. i am not sure if i could have found a better price because i stopped there. it is exhausting and time consuming to have to compare... I unplugged the stove ,cut the 50 amp cord off from the terminal block as it was burned took out the terminal block as it to was all melted .installed the new terminal block with a new stove cord back in business Read more

The clips on the rear side of the drawer box were broken. Easy to locate the part on the website. Part in hand in two days and installed in about five minutes. Needed to remove the drawer and use a 1/4" driver, remove the broken slide and install the new one. Read more

Had to pull double oven and range top out from wall which involved removing the upper kitchen cabinet. Took the sheet metal off the back and had the socket swapped out in a couple of minutes. My old oven works like a charm! Read more
