Frigidaire 316239700 Oven Door Seal OEM Part

First i called sears parts direct to order this part, because that is where i purchased my electric range. they had an outrageous price of $98. unbelievable to think that such a small piece of rubber could cost that much. i also called a few other parts dealers on other websites. they also had high prices. when i called appliance parts pros they cut the cost by 50%. i am not sure if i could have found a better price because i stopped there. it is exhausting and time consuming to have to compare prices. surprisingly i got my part in the very next day ! i wil always use this website for any other appliance parts i need. one last thing, the rubber seal did come with the clips, but it was not long enough to go all the way around the oven door. luckily i kept my old piece and clips so i used that to complete the seal on the door. u need 2 ft more.

Replaced the light switch from the back panel - so easy after thinking it would be impossible. We took the front door panel off to have a better look at the gasket attachment - so easy it’s embarrassing we didn’t do it sooner. We manage an apartment building and have several ranges like this. We won’t let it intimidate us again!

Ordered new part from Appliance Parts Pros and then replaced the gasket.

Purchased an oven door seal with clips. Easy to install and no more heat escaping from the oven. Also, purchased the square gas drip pans. Not only do they look great they are easy to clean and the stovetop looks new.
