The door handle screw holes were hollowed out (the handle is plastic) making the door continuously fall off the plastic latches on the door trim were also broken off. Matthew F. • Columbia , MO • January 17, 2020
Replacing the trim takes a little bit of alignment and light force. The trim slides over the glass panel of the door, with the glass sliding into plastic tabs. We kept the door nearly vertical (almost closed), lined up the tabs on the trim with the glass door, and used mild force to slide the trim down onto the glass door. I found the part on the website and was able to verify it was the correct part. It said it was not in stock but would be in a week. The company emailed me the same day to let me know about the delay as well. It ended up being a little bit more delayed but the part was a perfect fit.
