The Igniter and Orifice Assembly is an OEM part for Frigidaire ranges. This part ignites the gas burners and regulates the flow of gas through the orifices.
Causes of a bad Igniter and Orifice Assembly can range from electrical issues or corrosion affecting the igniter to clogs or obstructions in the gas orifices.
Symptoms of a faulty Igniter and Orifice Assembly include:
- Difficulty igniting or relighting burners
- Uneven or inconsistent flame patterns
- Burners not staying lit or extinguishing spontaneously
- Clicking or sparking noises during ignition attempts
This OEM Frigidaire part is also compatible with Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator and some Kenmore models.

A failed stove top burner valve Robert S. • Ventura , CA • December 08, 2015
After turning off the gas and unplugging the electricity, I removed all the burners from the stove top using a 3/16" hex socket. Then used a 1/4" socket to removed two or three screws under each burner which hold the burner base to the bottom of the top panel. Then pulled all the knobs and removed the front panel which was held in by two Phillips screws accessible from underneath the panel. It helps to open the oven door to get at these screws. With the knob panel gone, I removed two screws...

Part Number: 316403700
This insulation panel fits inside the refrigerator cabinet to help maintain interior temperatures and reduce heat transfer to the outer shell, supporting more consistent cooling and helping limit frost buildup. What it does:
- Forms a thermal barrier between the interior liner and outer cabinet to help hold cold air inside.
- Helps reduce frost and moisture buildup around the liner when intact.
- Worn, torn, or missing insulation can contribute to longer run times, uneven cooling, or more frequent defrost cycles.
- Replaces damaged insulation to restore proper temperature retention and improve appliance efficiency.
What's included: One insulation panel. Install notes:
- Always disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repair.
- Panel may be secured with clips, adhesive, or foam sealant; remove and install carefully to avoid damaging the liner.
- Inspect surrounding seals, gaskets, and fasteners while accessing the cavity; replace any damaged components.
