Removed the two phillips screws that hold the glass top down. Lift glass top and hold it up with a piece of wood. Before removing screws that hold the two stove elements, tape the one not being removed with box tape. Mark where the element holding slots not being removed. Draw yourself a wiring diagram of which color goes where, remove wires, remove the two screws and pull element out with holding bracket still on it. Note the the numbers on element where the screws are for holding bracket....
