I replaced the ball and socket connection for the drum. After doing so, I realized that the belt had been stretched and the tension pulley was not putting enough tension on the belt to turn the drum. After ordering a new belt, extra screw that was lost while disassembling the dryer, and some high temperature lubricant for the drum ball and socket the dryer now runs as well as it did when it was new.

I purchased two screws (316433300) and the handle (316443602). Screws and handle are exact replacements of old parts that wore out. I was hoping the screw would be longer, but so far it works perfectly. I will keep you posted if it wears out again in the near future. Thanks ApplicancePartsPros.com — this was an easy fix!
