After checked the cooling coil on the back of freezer showing ice built up around the coil, I thought defrost heater did not working that cause a lot of ice blocking cold air traveling. While waiting the new defrost heater, I plugged in refrigerator through a timer that off and on every 6 hours. If not, refrigerator will turn off itself every 7-8 hours and make refrigerator not cooling several hours during the time I am not home and sleeping. Ordered a new panel and installed it in less than five minutes. Easy fix, just a really poor appliance, always something failing be it door hinge, ice maker, shelf cracking, and now the plastic panel at the bottom.
