Elderly neighbor charged $100 for factory tech to inform her that the part wasn't available anymore, so I ordered 2 from Appliance Parts Pros.com (one for a spare) and when they arrived a few days later, I installed then in about 20-25 minutes. I had to remove all the food off the door shelf so I could lift the door off the hinge to replace the bushing. That took 5 minutes. I replaced the evaporator fan motor, defrost thermostat & circuit board. I replaced the fan motor since it did not operate. While i was in there making the repair i read online it was beneficial to replace the defrost thermostat. Before i ordered i checked to see if fan motor was getting power and it was not so i deducted that the circuit board was not supplying power. I took a chance and ordered a new board since it was available from appliance pro and I'm glad i did. Refrigerator works great....
