Took a second order ,but they were very helpful got it straighten out.. After that it only took me 10 minutes to remove and replace the new gaskets.. Thanks Paula

The fridge is only about 2 years old and belongs to my 78 year old Mom. She didn't buy the extended warranty and a repair tech could not get to her for 4-5 days.
