The alarm beeped for two days before I figured out that the light switch in the freezer was the problem. The light bulb- I thought - had burned out a long time ago, but it was actually frozen to where the light just would not come on. First let me say not only were the prices of the parts great. But they also arrived lightning fast. Rather than just replace the motor. I ordered the fan motor, fan and all related parts as well as the grille panel. Since I was not sure whether I could remove the old grille panel without breaking it or not. Both fixes were easy. The only snag was the first shipment there was virtually no packing material and the ice-maker banged around in the box enough to break itself and the new drawer. I called customer service immediately. A lovely gentlemen assisted me in replacing both items and this time it arrived with plenty of packing material.
