After online research and a little checking on the machine, it was determined that it was the Main Control Unit (PCB). This is a great machine and only about 4 years old. It's original cost was about $800 on a Black Friday. A service call would have probably put the repair at around $300-$350. That causes you to weigh in on whether or not to buy a new one, but less expensive--who wants to pay $800+ every 4 years? Right? With your part, total cost was $150.
