Julia A Navarre , FL December 04, 2015 Appliance: Model KENMORE ELITE TOP LOAD WASHER No power to main display panel My husband tested the electronic panel and confirmed no power to the PCB Assembly so we began to search online for the part. Found Appliance Parts Pros as they had the best price, reviews and delivery time. I ordered the part early morning and it was delivered the next day. Wow! I couldn't believe it, my husband replaced the part in 10 minutes and we were back in business. This was one of the smoothest experiences I've had in a long time with a company and I can't tell you how much I appreciate them! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Brian W Del Rio , TX July 12, 2015 Appliance: Model 796.2927 Kenmore washing machine died only 4 years old After online research and a little checking on the machine, it was determined that it was the Main Control Unit (PCB). This is a great machine and only about 4 years old. It's original cost was about $800 on a Black Friday. A service call would have probably put the repair at around $300-$350. That causes you to weigh in on whether or not to buy a new one, but less expensive--who wants to pay $800+ every 4 years? Right? With your part, total cost was $150. I ordered it on July 3rd (Sat), and it arrived Friday, July 10. Within 30 minutes, the washer was back together and running. Thank you, AppliancePartsPros, and...Kenmore needs to thank you as well! Stephen L Powder Springs , GA June 04, 2016 Control board on our kenmore washer First we called Sears to fix the washer. The repairman said that the control board had to be replaced and that it would cost between 4 and 5 hundred dollars. He said that he could order the part and return 10 days later to do the repair. I decided to pay him the diagnostic fee and attempt to do the repair myself. I ordered the part from them and they sent the wrong part so I sent it back. Then we ordered the part from appliance parts pro and we received these right part and much quicker. After watching a short video on doing the repair I was able to complete the repair in about 30 minutes. Thanks to appliance parts pro we repaired the washer and saved at least 200 dollars.
