The part I needed was not on the website but after talking with Nadene (my team member) we found the correct name of the part. It wasn't a part that was stocked yet as the model was new. She said the crack research staff would get on it and let me know. Two days later I received an email the part would be in stock in a week and one week later I received an email that the drawer divider was on its way to me.
