The drum was hesitating and then not turning at all with an error code. Wife also smelled "something burning", which of course is never a good sign. Ordered a new stator and had my LG washer back up and running 15 minutes after getting the $100 stator via FedEx. This is the third repair on this machine in 8 years, all parts received from APP!!!! No need to go out and drop $1600 for a new front load LG washer!!! Thanks APP!!!!

Ordered boot, nozzle, and inner spring for boot. Would have ordered outer, but the schematic for parts made it very difficult to navigate to locate parts...24 hr/next day air and I have a happy wife. The only thing that would have made it easier, was having a pair of Spring Expansion pliers, be careful not to pinch inner boot!
