First let me say again I will never order another LG product mine was only 3 years old
I received the parts and thanks to one of your assistants I received a service manual for my LG fridge - which I could not get from going to LG home site - they just kept wanting to send out a repair person - I am single older woman on a single income - not a bill I wanted to pay 80.00 just for a visit - and I was directed to a video by the assistant
At any rate got the parts took apart the fridge...
