My LG front load washing machine was vibrating severly on the spin cycle. I noticed the drum was tilted toward the back of the machine, so I replaced the rear damper. Wendy on the phone was very helpful. WM3997HWA/01 is an all-in-one washer/dryer from 2017 and does not have a rotor position sensor on the stator. She helped determine that Stator Assembly AJB73816004 was the fix. There is also a 00 or 01 after the model number which can be found on the serial number tag when you open the door that identifies the different series. Easy repair to take on. Hope this helps.
