Samsung Refrigerator DRR36980LAP Parts

This top table assembly replaces the front upper shelf surface on the refrigerator to restore a solid, finished surface for storing items and protecting internal components. Durable molded construction matches the original fit and appearance. What it does

• Provides the finished front top surface for the refrigerator interior, supporting items placed on the upper area.
• Replaces cracked, warped, or damaged top table surfaces that can allow items to shift or fall.
• Helps keep the cabinet appearance neat and protects internal parts from spills and debris.
• Fits into existing mounting points and works with the refrigerator's upper shelf system.

• Disconnect power and remove food before starting; work with an empty cabinet for easier access and safety.
• Often secures with clips or screws—remove adjacent shelves or trim panels for clear access.
• Handle carefully to avoid scratching the finish; align mounting tabs fully before fastening.
• If clips or fasteners are missing or damaged, inspect and replace with exact-match hardware.

This PBA cover assembly protects the refrigerator's electronic control board and associated wiring, helping prevent dust, moisture, and accidental contact. It restores the enclosure that keeps the PCB secure and positioned. What it does:

• Shields the main printed circuit board (PCB) from dust, spills, and physical contact
• Helps keep wiring and connectors in place to maintain reliable electrical connections
• Prevents accidental touching of live components that can cause shorts or damage
• Useful when the original cover is cracked, broken, missing, or warped

• One PBA cover assembly

• Disconnect power to the appliance before beginning any work
• Handle the control board and connectors carefully; avoid touching circuit traces or components
• Reuse original fasteners or replace with correct screws to ensure a secure fit

This hinge sub-assembly controls and limits how far the fridge/freezer door opens, helping the door operate smoothly and stay in position when opened. It restores proper door movement and prevents over-rotation. What it does:

• Limits door opening to prevent over-rotation and damage to surrounding cabinetry
• Guides and supports the door for smoother opening and closing
• Reduces sagging or misalignment caused by a worn hinge
• Can resolve symptoms like a door that won't stay open, hangs unevenly, or opens too far

• Disconnect power to the appliance and empty the door area before starting
• Use appropriate hand tools and keep track of mounting hardware
• Support the door while removing/installing the hinge to avoid injury or damage
