• Helps stop rattling or vibration caused by a cracked or loose case
• Supports proper sealing and component mounting so controls and accessories fit correctly

• Disconnect power before servicing to avoid electrical shock

• Use proper fasteners and alignment during reassembly; have a second person assist for safe positioning

This lower cover assembly replaces the damaged or worn lower front cover on compatible 36" Samsung refrigeration units, restoring proper protection and fit for the lower cabinet area. It helps maintain appearance and shields internal components. What it does:

• Covers and protects lower cabinet components and wiring from dust, debris, and accidental contact
• Restores correct alignment and fit of the lower front area after cracks, breaks, or missing cover pieces
• Prevents airflow disruption around lower vents or kickplate areas that can affect performance
• Reduces vibration noise caused by a loose or broken lower cover

• Unplug the appliance before starting any repair to avoid electrical shock.
• Remove lower kickplate/panels and any retaining screws or clips to access the cover; keep fasteners for reassembly.
• Align plastic tabs and press into place; replace screws as required—do not overtighten to avoid cracking.
