Replaced the Spider Arm with new ordered part as well as replaced the Door Boot Seal. With unit apart it took 3 hours to reassemble the washer. Works great now with NO leaks!

Very easily! the entire front of the drawer pops off, and the replacement clicks into place. took about 5 minutes and one little tool to push the "pins" out to release the drawer front.

Removed inspection panels located leaking water guide. Searched web found Appliance Parts Pros and called to verify part availability as other sites were out of stock. Confirmed part, ordered 2nd day delivery, part was at my door by 10am the next day. 10:30 part was installed verified to correct water leak, inspection panels reinstalled and washer back in place in the laundry room. Rep was super nice when I called and very helpful with my questions.

Maytag neptune that I purchessed in 2005 would sometimes beep and show error code.Noted that this would happen when it attemped to enter the high speed spin cycle,from info that I got from BLOG someone sugested most proble cause MOTOR. This makes sense to me.Hope he was right,so far so good.
