I have a Jenn-Air microwave that didn't turn on and had no lights. It just stopped working completely. I unplugged the unit and had to remove the rear cover using a *security screw kit* that prevents people from opening the rear panel. Unplugged power cord. Removed the microwave from over the range. Removed vent and screws on of microwave, which allowed me to remove compartment containing sensor at upper left area of microwave. Removed clamp holding sensor. Removed and replaced sensor. Reversed process and reinstalled unit.
