KLL, The tube is normally just held in by metal clamps and you would just release the tube from the clips.

Evelyn for Model Number SHE8PT55UC/05

We are having a BIG problem with the 3rd upper rack catching on the sprinkler head of the water supply tube. I ordered a new tube, installed it and still having same problem. When the tube clips in the end of the tube slopes down, leaving a gap between top part of the dishwasher and the tube/ sprinkler head . I've tried everything I can think of. Even applied JB weld to basically "glue" it up and close the gap, so the tray will move freely, with no success. I LOVE this dishwasher and I LOVE the 3rd rack, so I want to be able to use it. ANY suggestions?

Evelyn, At the front part of the tube there should be a clip that should hold the tube up to the ceiling and it may have broken which is why it would sag. Putting JB weld may help some but would really need the clip attached to the tub to hold it properly.

Rj, Unfortunately you will need to replace the entire tube for this as the clips are not available separately.

Hello Martha. There is nothing showing like that in the diagrams. You may want to check and see if it came from something you washed in the dishwasher.
