Kll November 10, 2018 for Model Number SHE65T55UC/02 How do you remove your diagram item #601 and replace it with a new one? Any instructions/guidance you can provide would be great. Thanks! KLL
1 Answer KLL, The tube is normally just held in by metal clamps and you would just release the tube from the clips. Read More...
Evelyn September 07, 2018 for Model Number SHE8PT55UC/05 We are having a BIG problem with the 3rd upper rack catching on the sprinkler head of the water supply tube. I ordered a new tube, installed it and still having same problem. When the tube clips in the end of the tube slopes down, leaving a gap between top part of the dishwasher and the tube/ sprinkler head . I've tried everything I can think of. Even applied JB weld to basically "glue" it up and close the gap, so the tray will move freely, with no success. I LOVE this dishwasher and I LOVE the 3rd rack, so I want to be able to use it. ANY suggestions?
1 Answer Evelyn, At the front part of the tube there should be a clip that should hold the tube up to the ceiling and it may have broken which is why it would sag. Putting JB weld may help some but would really need the clip attached to the tub to hold it properly. Read More...
Rj November 04, 2017 for Model Number SHE68T56UC/02 The small plastic third level wash spinner broke on my Bosch dishwasher, and I can't find the part anywhere. It appears you carry the whole tube (601) but not the wash spinner by itself. Do I have to buy the whole thing ($26.76) or can I just buy the plastic piece that clips on (looks like a fan inside of a thin plastic "cage")? Thanks!
1 Answer Rj, Unfortunately you will need to replace the entire tube for this as the clips are not available separately. Read More...
Martha May 18, 2017 for Model Number SHX68T55UC/07 I found a small part on the floor of the dishwasher. I have looked at diagrams online and cannot figure out where it came from. It is about 3/4" long with a circular cap, shaped almost like a mushroom. There is a spring surrounding the plastic stem. Thank you.
1 Answer Hello Martha. There is nothing showing like that in the diagrams. You may want to check and see if it came from something you washed in the dishwasher. Read More...
