Evelyn for Model Number SHE8PT55UC/05 We are having a BIG problem with the 3rd upper rack catching on the sprinkler head of the water supply tube. I ordered a new tube, installed it and still having same problem. When the tube clips in the end of the tube slopes down, leaving a gap between top part of the dishwasher and the tube/ sprinkler head . I've tried everything I can think of. Even applied JB weld to basically "glue" it up and close the gap, so the tray will move freely, with no success. I LOVE this dishwasher and I LOVE the 3rd rack, so I want to be able to use it. ANY suggestions?
Answer Evelyn, At the front part of the tube there should be a clip that should hold the tube up to the ceiling and it may have broken which is why it would sag.
