  • Signals the control to extend or shorten wash and rinse phases as needed
  • Helps optimize water use while maintaining cleaning results
  • Failure symptoms can include unusually long or short cycles, poor cleaning, repeated draining/refilling, or cycles that won't advance
What's included: 1 turbidity sensor assembly Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and turn off the water supply before servicing
  • Pull the dishwasher out as needed; access the sensor from the base area
  • Place a towel to catch residual water; release the locking tab or twist-lock, unplug the connector, and install the new sensor fully seated and locked
  • Restore power/water and run a test cycle; check for leaks

Linda, You will want to check to make sure that there is power getting to the control board. If the Control board has power going into it and the door switches are good then you would need a new control unit.

Frank, This issue would be caused by a water heating issue. You will want to check the thermostats and heating element and check the wiring that goes from the heater and thermostat up through the door and to the control.

Lance, Yes, it could be as simple as a "stuck" float 00165301, float switch shaft 00263122 or lever 00263123, but it's more likely a fill valve issue 00425458. You'll have to verify the correct reccomended parts based on the model number of your dishwasher.

Pp for Model Number SGU4352SK

Hi, A week but we managed to run the machine without any water turned on, since then the machine won't start taking in water. When power is on you hear a few click noises and a sound of something moving but nothing happens. When you press the reset the drainage pump starts and pumps out the water. I've tried to fill the tank manually and the machine starts to wash if enough water is in the tank. I'm not really sure how the cycle works on the machine something when power on the unit starts to drain from water after few seconds. I've also checked the sensor for water leakage in the bottom of the machine is active and it's not.

PP, You most likely have a water level switch that has failed, or a fill valve that has clogged with debris in the water and failed. The model number you supplied is in correct, and we were unable to acquire part numbers, or test information. Thanks

Last week, I replaced the control module because the timer wouldn't advance. Your part came right away and installation went ok. It worked great, until this week. For the first time when you run hit regular wash and start it reads 2H instead of 88. I tried changing the delay start, but it just change back to 2H. I flipped the circuit brkr for 10 minutes, still did it.I ran the"test" and the number 1 immediately appeared and after30 minutes its still on. So what due you think? Thank you

Hello Joe. On regular washer the display should be 2H and on Rinse Only, you will get below the 2H on the unit. The modules times have been adjusted for better cleaning in the unit. Hope this helps.

Hello Bill. No, the aqua sensor 00165279 reads the clarity of the water. It does not read the temperature of the water. If the thermistor and heater are good, you will need to replace the control board 00264461. Hope this helps.
