Bianca, the dispenser 00645208 would need to be tested for DC voltage to identify if it is receiving voltage continuously during a wash cycle. If it is receiving voltage throughout the wash cycle instead of only at the rinse portion, the control module 00752739 has failed. If it is not receiving constant voltage, the dispenser would need to be replaced.

Jonathan, Unfortunately there would not be a video on how to replace the dispenser but all you would do is remove the screws from the inner door panel and the front panel will come off. This will give access to the screws that hold the dispenser in place. Remove the screws take out old dispenser and install the new one.
