1 Answer Hello Giovanni, If the unit sounds like it is doing something, there is likely water in the base. This is usually caused by the water valve not opening fully. If the unit is dead with no response from the touch pad, you need to make sure the unit has power to it and if so, check the power switch and the door switch. If they test good, the control may have failed. There will be a wiring diagram in the base, usually off to the right side as you look in from the front.
