Sue, To replace these parts you would remove the screws from the inner door panel and lift the panel up which will give you access to these parts.

A. W. The part number for the black fascia panel would be 00351675 and the outer door panel would be 00477889. Unfortunately the fascia panel has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available.
