The Heating Element Oven is an OEM part compatible with Frigidaire and Electrolux wall ovens and ranges. It generates targeted heat through accurate temperature coils to provide consistent, reliable baking and broiling. The oven element ensures warm, golden finishes for any recipe.

Causes of a damaged element include mineral buildup impeding heat transfer. Physical bending or cracking of fragile coils can occur from accidental impact over years of use.

Symptoms of a failed element are:

  • Uneven or insufficient heat for cooking/baking
  • Extended preheat or cook times to reach temperatures
  • Hot and cold spots within the oven cavity
  • Complete lack of heat requiring replacement

Replacing with this genuine OEM part restores optimal performance. Compatible with Kenmore, Gibson, and some Admiral wall ovens.

Questions & Answers

For Bosch Heating Element (Part Number: OEM21614760)

Dj for Model Number Bosch HBN8651UC doube wall oven

Preheat in the upper oven does not go past 325-350. I assume it is the heating element. Question how many heating elements are there to replace, do you sell the compatible parts, and how difficult is it to replace it myself? if its a DIY can you please include instructions. My ability was able to take apart a new cooktop and convert to propane gas from natural gas since tech could not do it because he did not have proper tools. Go figure. That unit was a 2019 Thermador 6 burner cooktop. just need step by step instructions. Looking forward to your reply.

DJ, the upper oven uses the bake element 00791650 and broil element 10024579. With the power supply shut off from the wall oven, the bake element should measure 29O of resistance and the broil element should measure 16O resistance. If these test properly, the next step would be testing the temperature sensor 00630873 for around 1100O at room temperature. If these all checked good, then it is likely that there is a failure in the control module 11020742. The elements and sensor are relatively easy to replace and can be done without moving the entire unit out (breaker would need to be turned off for any repairs beforehand). If after testing it is found that the control has failed, the oven would need to be pulled out to be able to access the control access panel located at the top behind the user interface.
