Thurston February 16, 2023 for Model Number HDW36TS One of the lights on my Thermador Model HDW36TS range hood is not working, I checked the current to the lights, both have 13 volts of current. Will replacing the control panel, part number AP2837162, correct the problem?

Adam S October 21, 2018 for Model Number Thermador HTDI48TS The halogen lights are not working. The light switch still makes a ping sound and the fans are operating normally. I've tested the bulbs independently and confirmed no power is coming to the sockets. Can you tell me which parts are the likely culprit so I can order them. Thanks.
