Leslie May 23, 2014 for Model Number Bosch Panel-Fascia 00683957 I received this part immediately as promised, thank you! Here are my questions: 1/ The existing broken panel currently on my dishwasher has a silver colored piece that accents the handle at the bottom. There are holes in the piece that I have received that would accommodate the silver piece. Can I transfer that to the new panel -if so how do I remove it from the old panel-or do I need to order that piece separately. 2/ In order to install the panel, it seems I need to unscrew the entire front of the door. Can I do this with the door still attached? Thank you, Leslie
1 Answer Leslie, When you get the panel off there should just be a couple clips holding the center handle cover in place. It can be removed and put on the new part. For getting the panel off without removing the door panel you would remove a screw on either end of the facia. Then remove the screws at the top of the inner door liner.
