Mark May 27, 2020 for Model Number PCG364gd/09 I broke the dial rod off of PN# 00623921 ,the temp regulator. How do I access this regulator to change it?
1 Answer With the power and gas turned off, the cooktop assembly will need to be removed (as well as the front panel) in order to be able to route the capillary tube of the thermostat to where it needs to go. The burner grates, caps, and venturi nozzles would need to be removed from the cooktop before the burner panels can be taken out. The control panel is removed by taking the knobs off and removing the screws securing the bezels to the valves. Once the bezels are removed, this will allow for the panel to rotate out (take a picture of any wires that are removed). Read More...
