The Relay is an OEM component specifically designed for select Bosch built-in ovens. As a basic electronic switch, it receives signals from the control unit to energize heating elements.

Durable plastic encapsulation protects delicate components from accidental spills. Precise switching facilitates customized baking and broiling temperatures within close tolerances.

Causes signaling relay failure related to prolonged thermal stresses from consistent oven use. Impacts of electric abnormalities could also cause malfunctions over time.

Symptoms requiring replacement include:

  • Inability to power top or bottom heating elements during cycles
  • Erratic temperature fluctuations beyond adjustment capabilities
  • Buzzing or loud clicking noises emitting from the relay housing

This OEM Bosch replacement part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and select Kenmore built-in ovens employing identical temperature modulation methods. Reinstallation ensures continued customizable and safe cycle performance.
