Bob December 29, 2020 for Model Number hbn5650uc/06 i am getting the E115 error code i checked the sensor and it is getting the correct ohms i was told it is the control but when i look up the part it shows that there is two electronic controls the one in front behind the display and the one on top of the oven box which one are they referring to
1 Answer Bob, The board that would be needed is the relay board which is the one on top of the oven box. Read More...
Daniel November 24, 2020 for Model Number HBL5650UC/06 Top heating element won't heat. I followed the advice below from another anwer: "with the power turned off at the breaker, the unit can be tested at the relay control module 12022214. From relay connection X104 P-8 to X102 P-1, the wires going to the broil element 00144667 should read 16 ohms of resistance. If the resistance checks good, then the control has failed. If the resistance reads as 0 or OL, then either the broil element has failed or there is a broken wire that would need to be repaired. If the resistance reads lower than 16 ohms, the element has failed." Reading was 15.4 ohms, I assumed this is close enough to 16 (or within the accuracy of my multimeter) so I replaced the control board. Still the top element will not heat. I disconnected the element and ensured there is continuity across the element terminals. What should I try next?
1 Answer Daniel, You will want to test to make sure that there is 240 Vac getting to the element. If there power regardless of the resistance it would indicate that the element is faulty and would need to be replaced. If there is no power then check wiring between the element and the control board. Read More...
Raymundo October 18, 2020 for Model Number Bosh wall oven combo HBL5760UC/06 Will the AP4075037 relay work on my oven.. There is 110V going into the relay but there is no 9V coming out to the control board. Only PN is on the bottom of my relay is 52338-73.
Matthew May 05, 2020 for Model Number HBN5620UC/06 To top oven on our Bosch double oven was getting too hot - very much so - replaced the Control Board - It worked perfectly for a few days and then today we got at E115 - and it was too hot again. Does this mean we need to replace the Control Relay Board? I checked the sensor before replacing the control board and it was fine (same as the new one I got). Or did I get a bad control board? Thanks! Matthew
1 Answer Matthew, The relay control board would be the most likely cause for this issue. Read More...
John March 01, 2020 for Model Number HBL5650UC/08 Both top and bottom ovens overheat. Set the temp and it will keep going up and up. Does this on both. Replaced the temperature sensor (00642855) and still doing it. After much research I figure it is the Control Relay or the Control Board. Does this oven have 1 control relay or 2? By the way, no error messages or anything on the display. I am leaning towards the Control Relay and hope there is only 1 to replace. Thanks.
1 Answer John, based on the information provided, the main control 12022213 is not registering the temperature properly and causing the heat to continue to build. Read More...
Charlene August 18, 2019 I have a Bosch double oven model HBL8650uc/10. The top broiler element does not come on does not heat at all. Everything else on ovens work

James April 10, 2019 for Model Number HBL8650uc/07 Top oven keeps heating replaced sensor still overheats we do get a code E147 occasionally, would that be the relay or the control board.
1 Answer James, The occasional E147 error code is most likely do to an overheat situation. You will need to check the oven temperature sensor resistance at the control board, it should be a resistance of 1050 to 1100 ohms resistance at room temperature. If that's proper, then you'll have to suspect a "stuck" relay on the 12022214 Control Module and it will need to be replaced. Read More...
Dana S January 29, 2019 for Model Number HBL5760UC/02 I have a Bosch Microwave/Oven combo. It has become non-usable as it only operates on the broiling element. Even if the oven is set to 200 degrees, it immediately starts to broil. We have pulled out the oven and tested continuity in the broil and bake element and also the temp sensor and all tested fine. What part do we replace now? Thank you for your help.
1 Answer Dana, The part number that would be needed is the relay board part number 00655359. Read More...
Gasman January 11, 2019 for Model Number hbl5650uc/01 What would be causing the ovens not coming up to and holding temperatures set?
1 Answer Hello Gasman, This is normally caused by the double line break relay on the control board 00655356 or a high limit thermostat 00617877, (two of these), getting weak. Read More...
Ralph December 22, 2018 for Model Number Bosch HBL3350UC Tried self cleaning cycle on this old (6 years) but rarely used Bosch. Middle Glass blew out about 1/2 hour into the cycle. Hit breaker to turn off oven. We ordered new glass/replaced it. Put it all back together. Turned oven on...seems like we have all functions (fan, clock, temp control, etc) but oven won't heat on any of the three cycles-Broil/Bake/Roast. Looked at sensor.... uncrimped the tube...pulled out wires/harness everything looks fine in the harness. But still no heat.
1 Answer Ralph, when you hit the breaker during the clean cycle, it shut off the fan that keeps the unit from overheating. You probably tripped the high limit thermal fuse located on the back of the oven. You will need to pull the oven out and re-set the fuse. It has a red button you can press it in to re-set it.
