John November 02, 2016 for Model Number Bosch SHE68M06UC/50 The black on/off button on my dishwasher has broken off. The actual power switch still works by depressing it with the finger. I have been unable to locate a replacement part for the external black plastic piece that activates the button below it. When I contacted Bosch service I was told that the part was not sold as a separate piece but only comes bundled with part # 00479140. This is the entire Panel-fascia and it sells for $106. This seems like an exorbitant cost to replace what appears to be a $1 or less piece of plastic. The broken part looks much like a small coffee scoop with a hinge on the end of the handle. Any ideas how I can obtain this replacement part without purchasing the who panel-fascia? Thanks. John

Jeff August 12, 2016 for Model Number Bosch dishwasher SMU 2046 Sometimes the sequencer dial on our Bosch hangs up a a certain point (not always the same). It may be stuck on rinse for example. If we give it a tiny turn it will resume the corrected process and finish fine. Should I replace the knob or leave it ? Thanks for your help and this service. Jeff
Byron November 27, 2015 for Model Number SHX57C05Uc/31 The lower arm for my Bosch dishwasher is not working and we can only use the upper arm. This dishwasher does have a control bottom for using the top shelf only arm. However, I am unable to switch back to using both the upper & low arms. I checked and the holes on the lower arm and they are not blocked. Is there a switch that operates the disk that toggles between the two arms that needs to be replaced?
