Kim, With the display and oven not working, the issue would most likely be caused by a faulty control DE81-09179A. There is power going into the control board but not coming out for the display or the oven.

Alex, You will want to check the owners manual and see if there is a demo mode or a Sabbath mode on your unit and make sure that it is not in that mode. If not then the most likely cause would be the control board failure.

John for Model Number DACOR RSD30B

The bezel control assembly P/N 76480B on my range is cracked in several locations and will need to be replaced. Until recently, all functions were working properly. Now when I turn on one of the stove top burners, the auto igniters continue to spark for extended periods, even after the flame is lit, or they seem to spark for the wrong burner. Is this feature controlled through the board on the bezel control assembly, so that it will be corrected when I replace that, or is there something else I need to look at as well?

1 Answer

John, Based on the igniter continuing to spark and the wrong igniter sparking would most likely be cause by a faulty spark module DE81-03926A.

Kevin, the black bezel is part number 76480B. The manufacturer only offers the bezel with the touch pad assembly. Sorry about that!

Hi Jen, the control panel (bezel) assembly 76480B is the main control panel and includes the switch membrane (touchpad). You can but the switch membrane 82063B separately. The oven control 62692 is behing the control panel and is a separate part. Hope this helps!
