Warren April 20, 2020 for Model Number FFEW2725LBB No error code displaying but when I press the Bake button, it comes on and runs for 20 seconds and then shuts off. Normally it would switch to the default bake temperature and heat up. It is shutting off rather than switching to the default bake temperature. Does this indicate the control board is bad or is there another part bad?
1 Answer Warren, the temperature sensor 5304504897 can be tested to identify if it is impacting operations. The sensor should measure around 1100O at room temperature. Barry October 25, 2016 for Model Number FFEW2725PB Error code F30 appears when trying to turn on oven, bake or broil. Clock works and can be reset. This is only control that works.
1 Answer Hello Barry. F3 or F30 – Open/shorted sensor (RTD probe) connection.Check the temperature sensor resistance as described previously. If the reading is incorrect and the wires and plugs between the sensor and the EOC are good, replace the temperature sensor (RTD probe). Matt December 15, 2012 for Model Number ffew2725llbb my oven is saying code f13 an i know it means electric oven control needs to be replaced but i just want to make sure i get the right part cause theres diffrent names for the parts i didn't find one that just said (EOC)
