Klin July 02, 2013 for Model Number PLEB30S9FCA Changed bottom element. Still won't heat up. Broil element works fine. Is clock/timer the oven controller or do I have to purchase the entire control board. Is this what is wrong with oven? Thanks for any help you can provide..
