Hello Ralph, If the PF will not reset, there is an issue with the clock/timer 316418731. Before replacing it you should check all electrical connections. As per the manufacturer: Check all connections before replacing components, looking for broken or loose wires, failed terminals, or wires not pressed into connectors far enough. You should also check the power connection to the unit, (pigtail and terminal block and/or junction box wire nuts), for bad connections. The breaker shouldn't be left out of these checks. If all checks out, the issue can be inside the unit. The same applies to all connections inside the unit as far as checking for poor connections. Some models have a step-down transformer which powers the low voltage to the control which can be causing the issue.

Hello BP. The F10 code is for runaway temperature. If the unit had a fire inside it, it would throw the code. If the code continues, you may have a bad temperature sensor. Hope this helps.
