Tony December 12, 2016 for Model Number 790.96113402 While cooking, I heard a loud pop and a flash and saw that my oven shut off. I figured the circuit was popped so I turned it back on and it now just beeps and has a fault code of F11 on the display. It also looks like the display may be damaged because before the fault pops up, the default 1200 on it looks dim and bad. The fault code actually looks like r11 but doing some research I quickly realized Kenmore fault codes start with an F. It says that it means the Electronic Oven Control shorted out and is bad. Is it safe to assume that Oven Control Board part # AP4587739 is the same thing as that and is compatible with my oven? I appreciate your help. Thank you and take care.
