Susan Brown January 03, 2018 My 3 year old Frigidaire Dishwasher is only operating in the china clean mode, no regular wash etc. . Does this mean the circuit board needs replacing, and if so, is it easy to do or should I call a technician to replace it ? THANKS.

2 Answers Susan, Based on the information and the part number supplied, yes, you will need to replace the 154712101 Control Module. (you forgot to include the model number of your dishwasher in the post). It's not a very difficult task to replace the control module, as long as you have some "basic" tools, remove power to the dishwasher you should do fine. It's a matter of removing the screws holding the door panels and control panel to the door(8-12 screws) Unplug the wire connector and release the locking tabs from the module and control panel. The only one that stays on is the clean cycle after the cycle ends and the door has not been open, it will go off after the door is opened.
